The 10th Anniversary Exhibition Tour

Celebrates the 10th anniversary of the MONSTERS series created by artist Kasing Lung! How2work, in collaboration with POP MART and Paradise, presents the MONSTERS 10th Anniversary Exhibition "MONSTERS BY MONSTERS: NOW AND THEN" Taipei Station, which will be on display from November 8th to 30th at Art Lane Space, Songshan Creative Park, Taipei! Continuing the success of its Shanghai debut, this exhibition brings a fantastical art feast to MONSTERS enthusiasts in Taipei.

Artist Kasing Lung began publishing the "Elf Trilogy" ("The Mysterious Buka," "Bado and the Girl," and "Milo's Requiem") picture books in 2015, creating the fantastical world of LABUBU and THE MONSTERS characters for the first time. Deeply inspired by Norse mythology, the content has embarked on an imaginative, creative journey. Ten years later, these quirky sprites have transcended culture and region, becoming a cultural symbol that resonates with both trendiness and emotional connection.

"MONSTERS BY MONSTERS: NOW AND THEN" Taipei will take audiences on a journey through time through an immersive space where reality and fantasy intertwine. The venue will showcase precious manuscripts, revealing the creative process behind the works. From richly layered original artwork to philosophically insightful character designs, visitors can trace the artistic roots of THE MONSTERS and LABUBU. The event will also display THE MONSTERS figurine collection from 2015 to the present, presenting the fantastical dimensions of the sprite world through an infinite space constructed with mirrors.
